60 MIN | PRIVATE SOUND HEALING JOURNEY. Sound healing utilizes the therapeutic properties of sound to promote physical, emotional, & mental well-being. A relaxing meditative experience to positively influence the body's energy systems, reduce stress, & facilitate healing by harmonizing the vibrational frequencies within you. Aromatherapy, breath activation & guided meditation will be used during this journey. 

90 MIN | This transformative experience begins with connection & heart opening conversation, then incorporates the healing freqncy's of ancient sound instruments to raise your vibration on a cellular level. Followed with hands-on Reiki + breathing techniques + aroma therapy for a magical experience. Tibetan Bowls & Tuning Forks will be placed on your body to open up & align your chakras.

60 MIN | This restorative massage begins with a guided meditation to help you drop deep into yourself while your body is massaged with a Reiki infused healing touch. Aromatherapy & organic coconut oil + arnica + jojoba oils will be used for this experience. Deep Tissue also available.

Reiki share will help to unblock & realign your chakras to release stuck energies & allow you to move into a more empowered state of being. Post session will include discussion of blockages + intuitive hits + a photo of my distance Reiki mat with what crystals I used to help support your energy centers.
